When you choose Hebe as your Guardianship provider you get access to the Hebe Platform, which has been specifically designed to help ensure your child has the best experience and to give you peace of mind. You complete the online registration and upload the required documents. You can then manage and view trips, top-up the expense account, access Host Family contact information and much more.

HEBE will purchase the School Uniform if required. You just advise of sizes. If a size change is required, we will organise an exchange within the first few days of term

You advise of your child’s subject choices, and we will order the books and have them delivered directly to the school. All books are covered and individually labelled with the student’s name.

If required, we can provide a caring Host Family for exeat weekends (weekends when the school closes) and school holidays. All our families are police vetted and vetted by us. Many of our families have children of a similar age. Often families will host 2 students so it may be possible for your child to share with a school friend. The Host Family provides transfers to and from school. We share Host Family profiles via our online platform. Where possible a student will return to the same host family for all breaks/ holidays

Hebe will arrange all airport transfers and one of the team will accompany your child through the airport if required. This service includes the completion of any necessary paperwork.

We are here for your child should any emergency, medical or otherwise, arise. From hospital A&E visits to consultants appointment to school disciplinary meetings - we have you covered!

An Expense Account Fund of €1,000+* is requested to cover the cost of books, uniform, Host Family Accommodation, Airport Transfers etc. You can view your child’s expense account at any time on the Hebe platform. Receipts are kept for all purchases. A minimum balance of €250 is required in the account at all times. Any unused monies are returned at the end of the year. * Dependent on the school

On arrival to Ireland non- EU students are required to registration with Irish Immigration. We offer support with documentation and will accompany your child to the registration appointment. We can also assist with visa requirements

Most boarding schools will provide the facility to store cash safely. However, we recommend that parents arrange a debit/ credit card for their child
